An optimal supply of Magnesium is important for the production of energy for the body’s cells. In addition, it is necessary for the proper functioning of nerve cells.
Calcium is involved in many biological processes, e.g. blood coagulation. A good calcium supply is also needed for healthy and strong bones. Both Magnesium and Calcium are necessary for normal muscular function, and for numerous enzymatic reactions and physiological processes in the body. Vitamin D3 helps with the absorption of calcium and favours calcium fixation in the bones. Vitamin D3 is produced in the skin upon exposure to sunlight. However, Vitamin D3 synthesis in the skin may be reduced in naturally darker skin, when skin is covered with clothing or is protected with a sunscreen cream.
Only one tablet Doppelherz® aktiv Magnesium + Calcium + D3 daily in combination with a balanced diet supplies an adequate amount of these two minerals for the maintenance of good health.
Adults and children 9 years and older: Take 1 tablet orally daily, at a mealtime and with enough liquid. Do not chew. Tablets can be divided in half.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Health supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
